The UARO series (Step 1 - Step 4 )by RoboRobo is an innovative educational robot kit designed specifically for young students age (4-7). It simplifies the learning of coding and robotics through hands-on assembly and playful interaction. The kit includes internationally patented bolts and nuts that make it easy for young children to assemble and disassemble robots safely. It also integrates NFC technology, allowing children to program movements by physically combining coding blocks, each embedded with a unique operation. The robot is compatible with LEGO blocks, enhancing creativity and flexibility in building.

The UARO kit can significantly contribute to the social-emotional development of young students. By engaging in robot assembly and programming, children learn to collaborate and communicate effectively with peers, which enhances their teamwork skills. The hands-on activity also fosters patience and persistence as they work through challenges, promoting emotional resilience. Moreover, achieving tasks like building a robot can boost self-esteem and provide a sense of accomplishment, important factors in nurturing a positive self-image and motivation in young learners.

The UARO series is versatile enough to be used in multiple settings, enhancing its educational value:

  1. At Home: Parents can use the kit as a fun, interactive tool to introduce basic STEM concepts and coding at an early age, fostering a learning environment right at home.

  2. In School: Teachers can incorporate the UARO Advance into their curriculum to promote hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, and math. The kit's compatibility with group activities also helps enhance cooperative learning.

  3. Afterschool Programs: Afterschool clubs and programs can use the UARO Advance for extracurricular activities, providing a structured yet enjoyable approach to robotics and coding, which can complement the formal education received during school hours.

In Step 2 , the introduction of a remote control allows children to interact directly with their assembled robots. This enhances their engagement and understanding of cause and effect, as they see the immediate response of the robot to various commands. The use of a remote control also helps develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, as children learn to maneuver the robot with precision.
